At Zumuwear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Return Policy
Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 60 days from the date your order was delivered. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, items must be:

In original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused

Returned with all original tags and packaging intact

Accompanied by a valid Return Authorization (see process below)
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are non-returnable:

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or use

Items altered or modified in any way

Items with minor, correctable flaws that do not affect function or usability

Items damaged by the customer
Refund Policy
Eligible Refund Situations
We will issue a full refund under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

You received a different product/model from what you ordered

Your order was lost in transit after being marked as delivered (subject to verification)

You changed your mind and wish to return the item (see “Return Costs” below)
⚠ Note: All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Return Costs

Our fault (damaged/incorrect item): We cover return shipping and issue a full refund or exchange.

Customer preference (change of mind): You are responsible for return shipping. The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable, and the return cost will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items:

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we will offer a suitable alternative or issue a refund.

Order changes are only possible before the item has shipped. Once shipped, the order can only be returned and re-purchased.

Obtain Return Authorization
If your request is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label via email (in applicable cases). -
Ship the Item
Package the item securely and ship it to the following address:

Refund Process & Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for funds to appear in your account.
