At Zumuwear, we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable shopping experience for our customers in the United States. Please review our policies below regarding order confirmation, shipping, and taxes.
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, it will enter our confirmation queue for processing.
- Confirmation Timeframe: Orders are typically confirmed within 12 hours of being placed. In some cases, this process may be automated.
- Email Notification: After your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details and confirmation number.
- Next Steps: Once confirmed, your order will be transferred to our fulfillment team to begin preparation for shipping.

Shipping Policy
Delivery Area
We currently only ship within the United States, including support for APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Shipping Fee
- Standard Shipping: Free for all orders
- Whether you order 1 item or 5, shipping is always $0.
Shipping Cut-Off Time
- Orders placed after 10:00 PM (GMT -6) will be processed the following business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Your total delivery time includes handling and transit time:
- Handling Time: 2-3 business days
(Order processing, packing, and handing off to the shipping partner)- Transit Time: 6–8 business days
Due to peak season, we regret to have to increase shipping time to 8-10 working days, we are trying to improve delivery time as fast as possible.Total Estimated Time: 8–11 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use USPS and FedEx for domestic deliveries. 96% of our orders are delivered on time.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
- If tracking shows no updates, it may be due to the carrier not having scanned the package yet. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to appear.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please:
- Check around your home or building.
- Contact the shipping carrier using the tracking number.
- If still unresolved, email our support team at contact@zumuwear.com – we will either resend your order or issue a refund, based on your preference.
APO, FPO, DPO Shipping
- We support shipping to military addresses via USPS.
- For APO/FPO/DPO, please enter:
- City: APO, FPO, or DPO
- State: AA, AE, or AP
- Country: United States
- Delivery to these addresses may take up to 40–45 business days.
- Due to security restrictions, tracking may be limited once packages enter military areas.
We only ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses within the U.S.
Multiple Addresses
At this time, we only ship to one address per order. If you would like to send products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
Tax Policy
- A sales tax of 6% is applied to all orders and is not included in the product listing price.
- The total price, including applicable taxes, will be shown at checkout before payment is processed.
- Tax is collected in compliance with U.S. federal and state tax regulations.
